Monument Family Dentistry’s Smart Dental Plan
Monument Family Dentistry now offers our Smart Dental Plan (SDP) to patients who don’t have dental insurance or are in the process of changing their insurance policies. While Monument Family Dentistry’s SDP is not an insurance plan, it does allow our patients to pay for the dental care services they need WITHOUT having to face high deductibles, exclusions, waiting periods, or insurance claims.
